Terms and Conditions

1. Display: The Client(s) hereby allow(s) The Videographer(s) to display any Videography or Images obtained from videography, covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles and other such material, providing that the images used are used lawfully and without damage to The Client(s). 2. Licence, Coverage and Reproduction: The Videographer(s) shall endeavour to capture all individuals as requested by The Client(s) at some point during the booking, but no responsibility will be taken by The Videographer(s) in the event of leaving somebody out. A wedding is a live event and The Videographer(s) movements are sometimes restricted, The area from which The Videographer(s) are able to cover the wedding may not be The Videographer(s) choice and The Videographer(s) cannot accept responsibility for any obstructed view should this be the case. The Customer(s) must obtain permission to film the Marriage Service and the Customer(s) is also responsible for any fees levied at the various locations. For a wedding or other occasion booking The Videographer(s) shall endeavour to capture all the moments throughout the day as they occur. However, because of the nature of the event, as a one off, some unforeseen moments might not be recorded. The time it takes to edit your video can vary, please allow up to 6 months to receive your wedding video. The client may request a re-edit of the wedding video (such as song changes, title re-edit or video re-edits) however, any changes requested will be at the discretion of the Videographer(s) and will not be guaranteed. The time it takes to re-edit your video can vary, please allow up to 6 months to receive your re-edited copy. The duration of an edited wedding video will vary depending on the content of your wedding. 3. Payments A non-refundable booking fee of £100 (paid by cash/cheque or bank transfer) along with a completed booking form will confirm your booking. The full balance is payable 14 days after the date of your wedding. 4. Force Majeure: The due performance of the contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by The Videographer(s) owing to any cause beyond their control (i.e. sudden illness/injury). In the event of cancellation by The Videographer(s) or in the unlikely event of technical failure – The Videographer(s) liability shall be limited to a full refund of any deposits and fees paid. 5.Digital files: The digital files shall remain the property of The Videographer(s) and shall be kept by them for not less than 12 months from the contract date. Following the 12 month period (from the contract date) all files from your wedding may be deleted by the Videographer. Should digital files be lost, damaged or destroyed for reasons beyond control, The Videographer(s) liability shall be limited to a full refund of any deposits and fees paid, but shall not include a refund for any goods already received. 6. Insurance: The Client(s) are hereby advised to take out an insurance policy to cover any expenses in the event of cancellation.
